Lomi Lomi IS...

Lomi Lomi

Many people ask what this is.

In the simplest terms, it is Hawai'ian Healing Massage based in the Kahuna ("Shamanic") traditions of Hawai'i.

It may sound esoteric to you.
You may say, "I don't get it" after it is explained to you.
Part of this, is that it is ineffable. It really cannot be explained fully without getting into the esoteric component. It's like explaining Shamanic work to someone. You really don't get a feel for it until it is experienced by you.

Lomi Lomi is not an "it or a "what".
IT IS.
It is an energetically measurable form of healing touch that has you in dialog with yourself to reclaim your power, regenerate you, feel more complete as a person, and enjoy life understanding your own energy.
It's also a really cool form of massage. But - something does shift in you after receiving one.
So be ready to transform your day!

The Core doesn't change

Through all the reinventing, shifts, and new modalities I have added to my bodywork practice over the years, the main focus of my work has always been the same.

The wording on the website changes as I grow and mature emotionally and spiritually, and the manner in which I support you through bodywork includes more intuitive and synergistic components, but...
the underlying mission for my work has always been transformational through a deep connection to your body, mind and spirit. It goes beyond the physical body and mind to a place of deeper well-being and wholeness physically, emotionally, and spiritually, empowering you to live your healthiest, happiest life in your amazing body through trusting its unique embodied wisdom.

This is what I love to do. It's what I innately do - deepening your experience to your unique body, mind, spirit connection. I did it naturally throughout massage school in classes and in clinic without thinking about it and without the education, wisdom, and experience I have now.
People had visions, saw colors, had breakthroughs, and "ah-ha" moments in sessions with me.

The benefits were tangible for them. They lived more connected to their bodies and were feeling emotionally balanced and happier  and physically healthier because of that. Improvements happened in school, with their relationships, their jobs, etc. This still continues to this day.

It is what it is. It is how I work. It's amazing and humbling and even awe inspiring at times. I am always grateful to those who are called to work with me as it is inspiring and life changing for me as well.

Adding herbs and meditation into sessions is another continuation of growing and maturing and helping on a different level.

I am here, and have always been here, to support and empower you to live your best life in the amazing body you have.

Blessings

A BIG LEAP!

I am putting it out there!

I took a coaching class during the holiday season and much came up around what makes me happy in my bodywork practice (and in general).

I'm heading into some hippy territory with the language here, but in all cosmic seriousness, here's the little download from the universe that came through:

There is something innately calling me to work specifically with women.
With the feminine energies of balance, and intuition, and acknowledging the gut.
With the creative and transformational energies that are more right brain.

As it has been a big part of my journey to trust myself and learn what my body has to tell me physically (the food I crave, what herbs I need right now), emotionally (where I keep my hidden parts of myself), and energetically (how I integrate - or not - the outside world of wonder, beauty, pain, and more), it comes to this:

I am really called to assist women to find their unique embodied wisdom through the ancient, indigenous based therapies I provide.

I am called to help empower women to really listen to to what their bodies are telling them.

To listen to and live more form the creative space of the heart while acknowledging the mind and all it wants to protect us from.

To assist women to trust themselves and enjoy life in their bodies through all changes big and small.

To enhance the right brain perception of the world and trust it!

And to balance and support the Yin side of themselves so that they can be in right relationship with everything around them, so that the Yang can then fully support them in their life.

I look forward to working with you soon!
