Can you just sit with IT (anger, frustration, feeling artistically or otherwise blocked, sadness), or do you find yourself anxious, wanting to be doing more and move on.
This tells you a lot about how you live life and how you move about in the world.
I have found that by sitting with it, whatever "IT" is, you learn to ask the right questions - no - not even learn - you just automatically ask the right questions.
It's a quiet "doing."
Then the answers that vibe with your truest self come from within, from your friends, even your auto mechanic.
Opening up a world of possibilities and opportunities to move forward and heal that you never knew of, or even thought of.
It's amazing, this quiet being.
So I advise you to sit with it instead of searching outside yourself for answers.
Trust that you will be amazed and move forward more quickly through your life than imaginable.
