Introducing Herb Consultations

After many years of studying herbalism in my area - The Midwest (Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota area) - with incredible teachers here, I am now offering herbal consultations combined with my bodywork.

Those who work with me regularly already experience firsthand how it all melds together for a complete session.

Included in these are also recommendations for flower essences and gem elixirs which I make myself in small batches from herbs from my garden and gems I have acquired.
This is on top of the handmade oils I already sell on my Etsy shop and to my clients. If you haven't checked out my shop - click the link on the menu for SHOP! and it will take you there...

This is another big move for me this year as I branch out to connect people more deeply to their highest selves for embodied wisdom and bringing people to wholeness.
It's so cool how everything works together energetically :)

Blessings for our meeting in the future!

WOW! So excited... Salt Blocks added to massage.

I am excited to announce that I will be using Himalayan Salt Blocks during craniosacral sessions and at the end of both my Synergy and Sacred Stone massages! They are to assist in detoxification and complete the physicality of the treatments on a cellular level.

These salt blocks are made of the same material as the salt lamps, are palm sized, and will be placed in your hands when I have completed the massage of your arms and allow them to rest there until the session is finished.

For those who aren't familiar with the Himalayan salt out there, here's a bit about what it offers you:

* The Himalayan salt comes from underground caves the foothills of the Himalayan mountains - a chunk of salt crystal rock that was taken from the mines and makes use of the minerals that have been preserved for millions of years, releasing their special properties

* promotes a healing effect for your skin

* has been known to have a healing effect on the mind encouraging concentration and focus.

* promotes a sense of rejuvenation.

* helps aid your mood and overall sense of calm.

* the salt has a strong potential for cleansing not only your environment, but also your skin and breath

* The salt is a natural ionizer. It promotes negative ions. Negative ions are a good thing. They counteract pollution and toxins within an environment. When you hold a salt block, you are releasing the positive ions carried in your system from cell phones, environmental pollution, etc. You are left feeling a sense of well-being, like you feel after a strong thunderstorm or a walk by the ocean.

It's exciting to add this to my sessions. I already have 2 salt lamps in my bodywork studio, so adding blocks you can actually touch will be extremely beneficial.
I am glad to offer this extra bit of service at no charge for now and am looking forward to hearing how they work for all of you.

Mahalo, in service, Lisa Kai
