It’s introspection and feeling into the body’s energy to help guide your decisions and what feels empowering and in-tune with you, instead of what what makes you exhausted and overwhelmed.
It’s what we like to innately do as humans. Balance and attune ourselves. We LOVE to explore and expand. Especially through play!

Please remember - this not a test. There is no right or wrong and definitely no pass or fail. Just some playFULL fun.
I call this little dance of curiosity “The JAM and Stop”
1. put your ipod or spotify or whatever you use on random. Hit play and dance for 2 or 3 songs. (about 10 min) Dance the way the song makes you feel inside. Slow, jumping all around, smooth groovin’ - whatever feels good to your body.
2. After a few songs - STOP dancing, and STAND STILL for a few minutes.
Tap into your body; Feel everything you feel; physical, emotional, nothing at all.
Whatever it is.
3. Now, sit and write in a journal or on your computer any observations.
Eg: my knees weren’t happy... I didn’t feel anything... I feel all tingly, shaking, numb - Whatever. Does any of this relate to any part of your life in particular?
Write that down, and when you have some time, reflect on it. How it makes your body and energy feel and how that may effect your life.
