Here are 3 things I loved this year. They may help to transform your life, think outside the box, or expand your perceptions of what is out there... and... they are fun!!!!
The Non-GMO app. Yep, an App. It is available for both the IPhone and Samsung Galaxy. It's loaded with a ton of information, and, it's FREE!!!
A bit about this app - It's for food: it shows brands, has categories, and you can also scan items by their bar code to see if they are made with organic and non-GMO ingredients. So it works with your particular way of shopping.
If you haven't heard of GMO's, they are seeds/foods in which the DNA structure has been "tampered with." There is a lot of propaganda and information out there about them. Countries around the world including India, Mexico, and Brazil (supposed third world countries) , and Europe have many conclusive studies on them. I suggest you research them for yourself, and make your own decision.
The book - Conscious Language: The Logos of Now by Robert Tennyson Stevens.
This is Awesome! with a capital "A". The author shows how unconsciously words used can create our reality. Very eye-opening with informative exercises on how we can change what we say to transform our lives.
Here are my 2 favorite smoothie mugs. A monster sized beer glass from IKEA, and a coconut Tiki Mug from Three Dots and a Dash. They get used everyday - well almost, I have others I like too!
And, there you have it. A quick wrap up of my favorite things this year. Thank goodness no "raindrops on roses", although they are lovely too. Big Love to you.
