Alchemy Within

Hi! You haven’t heard from me in a bit. It’s not because I haven’t been inspired to share, but because I HAVE been inspired, yet have needed to be present with it all.
One of my teachers - and now I myself - call it -SIT WITH IT.

If you’re a bit confused about this, so was I, but, recently I had this amazing “A-HA” moment as to what this really means for me, and for us, as a collective.

Let me share - This past week, I had a meet up with a Soul Sister for a walk in the woods. She is a life coach, and we were talking about tapping into our intuition, our inner selves - a bit of the mystical side of life - to guide us on our next steps in our lives and in our businesses. (Something both of us have really been attuned to for the past month or more.)

We talked about how there really are NO words to describe what it feels like when you are in-tune with that inner-most part of yourself. (Peaceful, clear, going with the flow, trust, and faith are a few, but don’t really describe it sufficiently.) Alas language… inadequate at times, right?

What came up next was the “A-HA” moment for me, and it seems super-important to share with a capital “S”!!!

It’s not that either of us didn’t want to immediately share our experiences in our blogs or out in the world - to feel a stronger connection to others or to possibly inspire someone else to try it too…

What we realized was that by writing about our experiences - all the time, right then - was that it took away from the deep sense of presence of what we were tapped to inside.

For me, my inner barometer would go haywire, and I would feel un-aligned.
I am finding that it is necessary to stay tapped-in, tuned-in, and going with the flow, to keep that connection with the inner self as my first and foremost relationship- to learn from that space, then learn how to bring that forward to serve others at a deeper level with that embodied knowledge.

That alchemy of all the internal and external elements coming together to work in harmony is important for navigating the world from our hearts and souls instead of the mind, and to living life with acceptance, vital energy, trust, and centered presence.

I believe this is the biggest, and one of many steps, of being navigated by the inner self.
And a wondrous “A-HA” moment for me.

I am curious to see what happens.
How about you?

Big Love… Lisa Kai
