The Real Deal

I’m going to start off this new year by being real in this blog.
I’m usually pretty spot-on, coming from my true self, but admittedly, I do sometimes get caught up in writing things I think people want to hear from a healing facilitator. (for example: I can clear that energy from you so you don’t have to do any work yourself… yeah, soooo not me)

This past year has been an action oriented game changer.
I’ve come to realize that I am here to serve people, but not everyone.
What I have to offer, my skill-set and gifts, aren’t one size fits all, or even most.

And - I am A-OK with this.

In fact, I LOVE it. “It” being this place of a kind of freedom, clarity, balance, and unstuckness.
I love this! I get to speak to, and work with, people that vibe with me best.

If you follow me, you know I’m not a quick fix, put a band aid on it, traditional bodywork therapist.
Far from it.
I don’t even work with the physical body that way.

I provide transformational bodywork.
I go deep, I see deep, I feel things deeply - just like YOU do.

Physiologically you may feel things - yes, real aches and pains - but the physical body is the last thing that heals on your journey.
I believe it’s your instrument to learn to embrace your embodied wisdom by reconnecting to your Inner Self.

Your Inner Self represents you your core values and the intuitive guidance system you connect to regularly to stay aligned and balanced in your life. ( Work, personal, and spiritual)

Yep, I said Inner Self. And, YES, we all have this innate intuitive nature.
Men call it your gut instinct, I refer to it as connecting to the heart, and one of my friends says it’s her “Spidey-Sense”. (I LOVE THAT ONE)

It also sucks when I am not in touch with this aspect of myself, just like it probably sucks for you. This is when I feel insecure, not complete, looking for outside approval A LOT, and stuck.
Just like any good, strong relationship, it’s a commitment to stay in tune with your body, mind, spirit connection.

To stay on top the internal part (the story, the emotion, the moment in time) that was triggered by the external world somehow, can sometimes feel difficult and exhausting. (We DO make our own emotional stress by the way…)
But, by staying in the moment, checking in with my inner self, and understanding how I hold, carry, and project my energy, I see what I am accountable for in any situation. And believe me when I say, I am far from perfect in this aspect, but I am always working on it, and always will be.
It’s a sigh of relief to know this because then I can use my physical, alchemical, and energy tools to feel more harmonious, clear, and inspired. And to learn to shift old stories and live with more flow and ease that extends to all I do in my life.
I then feel more enlivened instead of exhausted.
It’s amazingly empowering! :)

I look forward to sharing some of my tools this year to assist you in reconnecting to your inner self and living your life in your amazing body.
Big Love!
