Even after 14 years, I think it is so cool to actually see (with my own eyes) people auto-correct themselves structurally and energetically during a treatment.
Sometimes they are aware, present, and notice it happening. Sometimes they are not - but are in a deep trance-like, meditative state. Both are brilliant. Both are acceptable. Both are healing.
I am also amazed at what people expect to happen - the huge catharsis, the life changing energy shift, the extraction of all the negative things from their lives. And the depth of what actually happens.
I have been there, and still have the unexpected happen during and after sessions. It's absolutely incredible, and, dare I say magical, or even mystical.
Sometimes, it's really difficult to put words to an experience that you've had. This is what happens with Craniosacral most of the time. There's a depth and beauty and awareness and clarity that happens.
In the future, I am sure scientists will figure it out, but for now, it's just a beautiful spontaneously orchestrated experience where the practitioner holds space for you to hold space to heal yourself.
Pretty freakin' cool!
