Through all the reinventing, shifts, and new modalities I have added to my bodywork practice over the years, the main focus of my work has always been the same.
The wording on the website changes as I grow and mature emotionally and spiritually, and the manner in which I support you through bodywork includes more intuitive and synergistic components, but...
the underlying mission for my work has always been transformational through a deep connection to your body, mind and spirit. It goes beyond the physical body and mind to a place of deeper well-being and wholeness physically, emotionally, and spiritually, empowering you to live your healthiest, happiest life in your amazing body through trusting its unique embodied wisdom.
This is what I love to do. It's what I innately do - deepening your experience to your unique body, mind, spirit connection. I did it naturally throughout massage school in classes and in clinic without thinking about it and without the education, wisdom, and experience I have now.
People had visions, saw colors, had breakthroughs, and "ah-ha" moments in sessions with me.
The benefits were tangible for them. They lived more connected to their bodies and were feeling emotionally balanced and happier and physically healthier because of that. Improvements happened in school, with their relationships, their jobs, etc. This still continues to this day.
It is what it is. It is how I work. It's amazing and humbling and even awe inspiring at times. I am always grateful to those who are called to work with me as it is inspiring and life changing for me as well.
Adding herbs and meditation into sessions is another continuation of growing and maturing and helping on a different level.
I am here, and have always been here, to support and empower you to live your best life in the amazing body you have.
