Today, I was looking for an article to share with my peeps on my Ku Bodywork Facebook page about slowing down. Taking a "time-out" for yourself just because.
I couldn't find a single one that didn't have a REASON for slowing down - to be a great leader, to be a better parent, to have less stress, yadda yadda yadda...
Why do we need a reason to slow down and take in the joys and bounty of life? To eat at a slower pace and pay attention to the amazing flavors of our food? To become aware of something that we see and do that makes us feel great, and alive, and healthy, just because.
I believe that we DO NOT need a reason to slow down. We do it to just do it!
(as the Nike ad would have us believe.)
So this is my little article about slowing down for absolutely no reason at all.
