Aloha! As I do more and more Lomi Lomi and receive more and more Lomi Lomi, I have come to a profound understanding that this is "The Massage of Awareness."
This comes as I witness people coming into balance and wholeness energetically on the table, and what they report back to me after the session either right after, or a few days later.
It is the massage of awareness because we not only work with the physical body, but with what is going on inside as well. How? Well, this particular type of Lomi Lomi is known as "massage journey to the stars".
As humans, we have a strong connection and deep relationship with the stars astrologically and through the science of astronomy. We used to plant our crops by the stars and moon and by the seasons.
This is a deep awareness of cycles of earth, how it relates to us, and our relationship to the Universe that has been lost in modern times. It is a mystical awareness.
Lomi Lomi as the massage of awareness, that is connected to us personally, comes into play that as your awareness deepens, you become connected to your most authentic self, your core self, and transformation begins from the inside out.
Just like eating good whole foods nourish you and heal you from the inside out physically, Lomi Lomi is food for the soul and nourishes and assists in healing your core self from the inside out.
The biggest question is can you be present with what is, and love yourself in the process, just the way you are?
May the long time sun shine upon you
All love surround you
and the pure light that's within you
Guide you way on- Snatam Kaur
