Time to Relax

Some people just need to learn to relax completely before they are connected to their body and in touch with the body,mind,spirit relationship that is uniquely theirs.

Sometimes people just need to learn to relax.

By relax, I mean - s l o w _ d o w n.
Slow down the quest for perfection. The quest for perfection that the internet, and Hollywood, and magazines, and books, and all media outlets inundate our society with as a whole and us, as individuals. Slow down from the anxiety and unreachable heights this may lead us to.

So, I repeat for myself too - some people just need to learn to relax completely and slow down, period.
